This post is gonna be talking about relaxation techniques that involves breathing and muscle tense. You might used to get panic attacks on airplane, stuck in traffic or elevator, public situation like public speaking, talking to your boss, things like that. This relaxation techniques can be apply in any situation for anyone and what it does is it'll calm you down in 10 sec.
So these are what you're gonna do when you start to feel your anxiety or panic attacks :
1. Take a very deep breath through your mouth and hold it in
2. Tense every single muscle in your body, your face, your toes, your leg, your mid section everything 5 to 10 sec as hardest as you can while you holding your breath.
3.Release every muscle as you slowly exhale.
That way you can feel more relax and more less fear. Do this relaxation techniques 2 to 5 minutes can help you prevent your anxiety or panic attacks.

Genetic - Another Causes of Panic Attacks
If you're having family history of panic attacks, then it is a sign that you might be more predisposed to having panic attacks. Genetic can be the influences on developing panic disorder. However, That doesn't mean that if your mother, brother, sister and everyone in your family has panic disorder that you're necessarily to start having those. And it's also doesn't mean that if no one in your family has history of panic disorder that you're free and not develop those.
It's just something to look for. if you have family history, you wanna be more conscious about your stress and anxiety level. The way your genetic influence the development of panic attacks is that because of what's in our family history and the gens that we inherited, some of us have a higher baseline of stress and anxiety than others.
For instance, some people go through the day pretty easy going laid back they don't give really excited if they run out of gas or something, they're not too stress about it, they can kind of take it in straight naturally and think like it's not a big deal. Some people are more predisposed to stress, for instance they'll be late for work and they get really anxious about it, and start to think like what's gonna happen, am i gonna get fired even if when there is nothing they can do about the situation, the stress will build up over the day and they start to become really anxious.
So what we have is different baselines of a different people of anxiety. If you have a higher baseline of anxiety that your inherited from your mom or dad or just you develop because something in your gen or biologically what can happen is when you experience those day to day events your anxiety continues to raise and it can gives the point that we can actually develop a panic attack. Or having a baseline of anxiety that's higher than the average or relax person, can cause you to develop a panic attack, whenever you do, it kind of stressful situation.
Having that naturally higher anxiety can really contribute to developing panic disorder. It doesn't mean that you're gonna have panic attack, but it is something to look into. If you notice that you're having higher anxiety probably the best thing to do is work on that by doing simple relaxation techniques.

But the problem by using the natural treatment is that it may difficult and take some time to see the result. However, It works perfectly well.
Well, here is what you should do for those of you who prefer the natural treatment :
- You can relax your nervous system just by using natural remedies such as Passiflora incarnata and Passiflora.

Panic Attacks Causes and Symptoms
The signs and symptoms of a panic attack develop abruptly and usually reach their peak within 10 minutes. Most panic attacks end within 20 to 30 minutes, and they rarely last more than an hour.
When you go through this condition, it would make you feel like you are having a heart attack, to the point that you would even think that death is forthcoming. The bad thing about this kind of disease is that there is no clear reason for the attack. They may even occur when you’re relaxed or asleep.
Well, It is been estimated that in the U.S there is over at least 20% of adult Americans, or about 60 million people, will suffer from panic attacks at some point in their lives.
The exact causes itself is still unclear, however there are certain factors that can be causing panic disorder and it is based on medical conditions and other physical causes just like any other behavioral disorder. This condition can be inherited based on evidences and can also be caused by factors that would trigger the attack. For example, graduating from college and entering the workplace, getting married, and having a baby. Severe stress, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, or job loss.
However, panic attacks and panic disorder are treatable conditions. They can usually be treated successfully with self-help strategies or a series of therapy sessions.Which I'm going to discuss it in the next post.
